The powerful STIHL AP 300.0 P offers sustained high performance across the entire charge level and maximum efficiency. This advantage is particularly useful for demanding tasks in garden and landscape maintenance, municipal operations and forestry environments.
With up to 60 percent more peak power (compared to AP 300.0 P and AP 300 S), the system delivers the necessary power for the most demanding tasks. Tabless cell technology ensures optimised energy flow, less heating and thus higher overall performance. With the high-speed charge function, you can reach an 80% charge level after just 9 minutes (when using the STIHL AL 1802 MO high-speed charger), which enables uninterrupted work with just a few packs. The built-in power boost function automatically provides extra power for particularly demanding tasks. If the temperature rises or the application becomes too intensive, the system automatically reduces the power. This ensures that the battery remains protected, powerful and reliable throughout its long service life.
Thanks to IPX5 certification, the AP 300.0 P is ideally suited for work in rain and wet conditions. It also offers an exceptionally long service life, with more than 3,000 charge cycles (up to 3,000 charge cycles without any noticeable loss of performance. It remains usable thereafter.). Thanks to its robust housing and optimised cooling, the battery remains reliably operational even under intensive continuous load.

POWER BOOST
MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE INCREASE. Thanks to intelligent electronics, STIHL power tools and batteries communicate with each other. If the device and battery are equipped with the POWER BOOST function, the battery always provides the maximum possible power for the respective application. In order to ensure optimum battery life, the device temporarily adjusts the power if it is used too intensively.
CONSTANT POWER
When using other brands of battery tools, the performance can sometimes decrease during work as the battery discharges. This isn't the case with STIHL battery-powered tools. Thanks to the intelligent electronics, your tool will work with consistently high power across the entire battery charge, until there is no energy left in the battery.
COLD START FUNCTION
RELIABLE STARTING IN COLD TEMPERATURES. Batteries only work at full power in ideal temperatures. If it is too cold, it usually takes time for the battery to warm up. Thanks to the cold start function, the tool is ready to start immediately, even at low temperatures down to -20°C, and offers almost the same output as at ideal temperatures.
IPX4 CERTIFIED
SPLASHWATER PROTECTION. The IPX protection classes define the moisture protection of electrical or electronic devices. The moisture protection test is defined in different stages. IPX4 certifies protection against splashwater from all sides. Battery-powered tools with this certification are therefore designed for daily use, even in rainy conditions.

VERY LONG BATTERY LIFE. STIHL AP system batteries are extremely durable and resistant. They are designed for particularly high demands, as can typically occur in very intensive applications with high power requirements in the professional sector. Thanks to their intelligent electronics, these STIHL batteries can also be charged more often and faster than average.
SMART CONTROL
OPTIMAL CONTROL THROUGH COMMUNICATION. Battery power tools, batteries and chargers from STIHL continuously exchange information with each other so that the energy supply can be optimised during work and charging. At the same time, this protects the battery from deep discharge or overcharging, guarantees thermal stability and protects the battery in the best possible way. Smart Control ensures precise monitoring and control of all important battery parameters: this means, for example, that potential overheating is detected at an early stage and the power of the battery power tool is reduced accordingly. In most cases, you can then finish the work you have started with reduced performance.
BATTERY COOLING
SUPPORTS BATTERY DURABILITY. Maintaining an optimal operating temperature is crucial for the most efficient operation of batteries. For this reason, air is directed through the housing to cool STIHL batteries. In addition, the cells in the battery are thermally connected in such a way that heat can be dissipated efficiently. This allows heat to be dissipated quickly and effectively, and excessive temperature differences can be avoided.
